Reasons for Return
Undeliverable Address:
Orders are often returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unclaimed at Customs:
Packages unclaimed after reaching customs are sent back.

Customer Refusal or Return:
Customers may refuse or return packages upon delivery.

Return Processing
Temporary Storage:
Returned items are held in storage for up to 30 days at no extra cost.

Customer Notification:
We’ll contact the end customer to decide the next steps:

Reshipping:
A corrected shipping address can be provided, with new shipping charges applied.

Alternative Action:
The customer may opt for another resolution.

Quick Print Solutions Responsibility
If a return occurs due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), all associated return and reshipping costs are covered by us.
